The Firm Administrator will lead HR operations while playing a critical role in firm-wide operations, reporting directly to the Managing Partner.

Key Responsibilities of Director of Human Resources: Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding Manage employee benefits, payroll, and compensation Lead performance review processes and training programs Collaborate on risk management, firm events, and strategic operations Maintain compliance and foster a positive company culture Qualifications for HR Director:

Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is required Familiarity with Asana or similar task management systems is preferred Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills Demonstrated success in creating programs to boost employee engagement and retention Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree required Professional services or law firm experience is strongly preferred Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role with multiple direct reports
