We work a hybrid 3-office day schedule. Your Role: As our Director of Human Resources , you will be a key leader in shaping our workplace culture and driving employee success.

Here is what you will get to do: Business Partnership & HR Leadership: Build strong, collaborative relationships with our leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.

Lead initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment. Drive programs that enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Recruitment and Onboarding:

Lead talent acquisition efforts to bring the best and brightest into our Chex family. Oversee onboarding and training programs to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared to succeed. HR Operations:

Assess and refine HR policies to ensure fairness and inclusivity. Manage compensation, benefits, and employee records with transparency and care. Champion workplace safety and compliance, creating a secure environment for all.

Who You Are: Experienced : You have 7-10 years in HR, with 3 years in a leadership role. Educated : A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

An advanced degree and/or HR Certification is a plus Engaging : You excel at building relationships and fostering trust across teams. Strategic Thinker : You can translate business needs into actionable HR strategies. Analytical : You have a knack for using HR metrics to drive performance and improve processes.
