Job Title: Customer Service/Human Resources Reports to:

Union Shop Human Resources: Two (2) years of experience Human Resources. Knowledge of FMLA and OHSA laws, and regulations.

Must have the ability to communicate effectively, analyze customer needs, multi-task. Self-motivated with strong documentation and problem-solving skills, coaching skills. Maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resource policies, program, and practices.

The incumbent will perform all responsibilities per company policies, procedures, union contract procedures and federal regulations. Principal Responsibilities: Human Resources Dealing with Union Representative and company attorney Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Administer HR policies and procedures. Review, recommend and revise as needed. Adhere to Union Contract Counsel managers/supervisors to coach and discipline non-union employees and union employees.

Manage the recruitment and selection process. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs for compliance and safety. Participate in compliances hearings involving the company and its current and past employees.

Customer Service: Two (2) years of experience Customer Service. Is responsible to act as a company liaison with customers to provide and process information accurately and efficiently in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about product and services in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.

The incumbent will target excellent service standard and maintain high customer service. Principal Responsibilities: Customer Service/Shared Position Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services.

Perform sales support or related activities as assigned. Open customer accounts by recording account information in company database. Maintains customer records by updating account information in company database.

Communicates with customers via phone, email, fax, or letter. Prepare reports as needed. Enters sales orders into database ERP system.

Maintain company customer database (ERP system) Required Skills/Abilities: Verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal and customer service skills.

Sales and customer service skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
