Position SummaryTexas Oncology is searching for a HR Coordinator II, Talent Acquisition. The HR Coordinator under direct supervision, provides support of the recruiting function for Texas Oncology.
Performs job postings, candidate management within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), HRIS maintenance, meeting planning and scheduling. Will monitor the ATS and diagnose issues. Will assist with other human resources functions as time allows. TA Coordinator II will be capable of full life-cycle recruiting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
ATS (Applicant Tracking System) auditing and upkeep, with reporting delivered to HR Leadership.
Posting all open jobs not covered by the recruiters. Manage candidate flow and provide written communication inside the ATS to candidates on these jobs. Closing positions when filled and verifying the open positions report matches reality.
Communicate with HR leadership, Recruiters and HR Generalist regarding candidate management within regions.
Assist the HR Director with planning, set-up and scheduling for HR Quarterly meetings
Reporting of job openings and applicant data.
TA Coordinator II may be assigned some recruiting responsibilities and will be capable of full life-cycle recruiting.
HS diploma or equivalent required with college coursework preferred; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred for HR Coordinator II, Talent Acquisition
Previous experience with full life-cycle recruiting
At least one-year of human resources experience preferred
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must have excellent attention to detail and be highly organized
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
