We are looking for talented professionals to join our team at the University of Maryland Medical Center.
General Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator provides a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the talent acquisition process. This position assists multiple HR Shared Services Talent Acquisition Specialists in all recruitment activities at the local UMMS facility. Performs other duties associated with services required by the local Human Resources Department.
Principal Responsibilities and Tasks

Provides administrative support to multiple HR Shared Services Talent Acquisition Specialists to facilitate full life-cycle talent acquisition process.
Provides administrative support for the local Human Resources Department and manages the assigned candidate onboarding tour process after the Talent Acquisition Recruiter confirms an acceptance of an offer of employment.

What You Need to Be Successful:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Two years of experience in a Human Resources office is preferred.
Administrative experience is preferred.
MS Office Excel experience necessary.
