Now Hiring - Human Resource Coordinator
Location: Fort Myers, FL - On-site (3660 Broadway)
Radiology Regional is one of the largest physician-driven diagnostic imaging providers, with 13 imaging centers, in Southwest Florida. Job Summary:
Receives and follows the instructions and directives of the HR Team Lead and HR Business Partner.
Adept to problem solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner.
Prioritizes and plans work activities as to use time efficiently.
Organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
Has emotional maturity when dealing with sensitive information.
Communicates on an interpersonal basis with all employees concerning company policies and protocol, as stated in the policy and procedures manual.
Gives full attention to what employees are saying, takes the time to understand points being made, asking questions as appropriate.
Maintains confidentiality of employee data.
Attends various SHRM and HR related events, webinars, and seminars outside of the organization to obtain information and knowledge of improving the current HR process.
Develops company policies, procedures, and workflows, edits existing policies, procedures and workflows as needed.
Presents during New Hire Orientation.
Creates monthly newsletter
Recruiting:
Provide support for team participation at events, coordinating needs for conferences and job fairs, etc.
Prepares new hire documentation and manages Onboarding
Coordinates new hire orientation
Other HR Duties:
Support other HR positions as needed.
Assists with execution of performance management process and record keeping.
Serves as back up for other HR related functions.
Assists with planning and execution of special events such as employee recognition events, employee engagement events, and identifies new company events.
Processes, verifies, and maintains personnel related documentation including staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
Performs periodic audits of HR files to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Compiles and prepares reports and documents as requested

Requirements
Education:
Experience:
Required: 1-3 years of experience providing support in a fast-paced environment
Required: 1-2 years of experience in HR
Paylocity experience a plus
Strong computer skills including proficiency with Outlook or similar calendar management software, Excel and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of an application tracking system preferred
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a changing environment
Effective and clear written and verbal communication
Team player that is adept at working with multiple people at any given time with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization
