Job Summary

Major tasks performed, but not limited to:

• Maintaining personnel files, with regular auditing

• Ownership of the Attendance Policy including implementation, tracking, and partnership with the management team to ensure consistency

• Coordinate documentation of new hires and terminations

• Conduct new hire onboarding class "Creating Legends" as business needs require

• Supports HR Leadership and possess a people-first mentality

• Manage the online application portal including updating candidate status and coding

• Support recruiting functions (schedule job fairs, open interviews, walk-throughs, etc.)

• Assists in talent acquisition including pre-screening and pre-employment background authorizations

• Ownership of associate ID badge requests and replacements
