The People Success Coordinator provides technical, transactional, communication and systems support to the Organization, People and Experience team, and Centers of Expertise on various HR subjects and inquiries pertaining to policy and program administration and day-to-day execution of critical employee facing processes. This position will act as the front line point of contact for employee and manager inquiries which include but are not limited to Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Compliance, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HRIS functions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responds to questions regarding standard HR practices, procedures and tools. Communicates successfully using multiple types of technology email, phone, messaging, etc.
Educates employees and managers of services and programs available to them and encourages use of direct access tools as applicable.
Understands and utilizes business systems including Workday, SharePoint, Office365 to answer questions, complete requests, and ultimately resolve employee and HR needs.
Performs according to Service Level Agreements.
Provides support with full-cycle employee transactions (hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, etc.) in HRIS systems (Workday) and/or via Manager or employee self-service.
Creates/edits written communications (employment documents, verification letters, termination paperwork, benefits documents, etc.), reports, and/or other items on a daily basis.
Partners with HRIS and payroll teams to resolve day to day issues and ensure integrity of data across departments and systems.
Maintains HR data record standards such as job status, job codes, time entry codes, job titles, pay grades, etc.
Updates and maintains all electronic HR filing systems related to assigned work processes, including job description archives.
Responsible for the centralization and maintenance of employee records as well as mandated documents as required by federal and state legislation.
Partners with the Organizational Effectiveness team and the Business to provide information to Talent Acquisition to initiate recruiting activity.
Completes employment verifications and responds to unemployment questions.
Plans logistics for HR team meetings, trainings, roundtables, including room reservations and technology set-up.
Manages HR Invoices.
