Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources and a member of the human resources team, the HR coordinator is the first point of contact, in person and by phone, to constituencies that call or visit the HR department. This position is responsible for: assisting with recruitment and onboarding support, manages the student employment process, processing new hires, terminations, and status changes (ADP Workforce Now); provides comprehensive administrative support to the human resources department, manages HR employee files, and special projects.
associate's degree in business or related business degree with 3-5 years' experience or a recent bachelor's degree with an HR internship or academic work in human resources. Strong analytical abilities; organized and detail oriented; proficient computer skills including and knowledge of integrated software systems; and ability to work under tight time frames.
