Job Description Job Description Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters of Los Angeles (JBBBSLA) is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The Human Resources Coordinator will help create and maintain a positive work environment where all employees feel valued and appreciated.

The ideal candidate is friendly, approachable, helpful and supportive in all situations. This role will manage employee recruitment, compensation and benefits, personnel policies, regulatory compliance, and facilitate activities that promote a positive work environment for all staff. The new team member should be creative, collaborative, and organized with proven understanding of California employment law and HR practices.
