The Human Resources Coordinator provides general administrative support to maintain the daily operations of the Human Resources Department for the Altrom Group. Ensures the efficient delivery of salary payments, salary adjustments, recruitment processes, and the accuracy of employee data records
Position Performance Measures:
Organization and maintenance of records
Accuracy of payroll processing and data entry of employee records
Response time in completing assignments
Processes hourly and salary payrolls, investigates and resolves payroll issues
Processes employee record changes in HR systems.
Supports administration, coordination, and application of company-wide Human Resources policies, procedures, and practices
Responds to employee's questions and assists with resolution of problems
Organizes and maintains employee files, database, and other records
Manages employee LMS
Prepares HR compliance reporting, tracks completion of HR processes, and ensures expiring records are updated in a timely manner.
Provides general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports, arranging meetings, processing confidential reports and documents, filing electronic and hard copy, tracking deadlines, etc.
Perform other duties as needed and assigned
Experience, Education, and Abilities:
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required
2 or more years of general office / clericalexperience
Effective problem-solving skills
Competent keyboard skills to produce accurate reports
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
