Responsible for performing high-level administrative and related human resources duties in an efficient and effective manner within the Human Resources Department while interacting in a professional, courteous manner with applicant, employees and all members of the public. Responsible for consistently displaying teamwork approach, considering the impact of his/her actions and behaviors on others.
Competent in use of office equipment
Excellent computer skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to perform multiple tasks and solid understanding of filing systems
Ability to perform in an independent manner, anticipating needs of employees, co-workers and management
Careful attention to detail and prompt execution of all work assignments
High school diploma or equivalent
Three years experience with one year in an administrative capacity or in a Human Resources office.
