Responsible for providing guidance, support, and coordination in the consistent and effective application of policies, procedures, and practices in Human Resources.
Provide administrative support to the HR Function including calendars, meeting agendas, materials/supplies, travel, Power Point presentations, Excel, Visio/Org Charts etc.
Conducting overflow, interviewing and associate relations for administrative and non-exempt roles.
Preparing, reviewing, interpreting and analyzing avariety of data, information and reports, and making recommendations dependingon findings.
Establishing, organizing and supervising themaintenance of employment changes, exit interviews and other department recordsensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.
Undertaking quality assurance checks and liaising withexternal customers and management to ensure effective meeting of guidelines andstandards for HR processes and procedures.
Development and maintenance of department budgetincluding managing and monitoring the invoice process.
Develop and maintain communication vehicles (i.e. Intranet, SharePoint) site content keeping information up to date and relevant.
