The Human Resources Coordinator supports a wide range of Human Resources & Organizational Development (HR OD) functions, including benefits administration, recruitment support, training and development logistics, managing reports, new hire process, and HR OD operations. This position is located in Seattle, WA and all work is performed in an office environment at Casey Family Programs' headquarters.

A bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of broad, complex office support experience are required.
A strong desire to learn all aspects of HR OD operations.
Discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment are required.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and effective written and verbal communication skills are required.
A broad knowledge of computer software and advanced skills in computer systems are required. Experience with Ultipro preferred. Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office suite are desired.
Proven success in working in a diverse, multi-cultural environment is required.
Ability to protect the confidentiality of sensitive information by learning and following all relevant policies and protocols and using sound judgment in the handling and sharing of that information.
Physical requirements include the ability to lift and reach for light objects; close visual acuity to prepare and analyze data, text, and figures; ability to type utilizing a computer keyboard; ability to travel to outside locations; and the ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time as a primary job function. Local travel as well as occasional out of town travel may be required. Driving on Casey business may require use of personal vehicle; adherence to vehicle safety guidelines and qualification for insurance is required.
