Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
Self-motivated, team player, adaptable, willing to learn
Previous customer service experience required
Previous Human Resources experience preferred
License Requirements:
Essential Job Functions:
direct employees to the proper representative when needed.
Answer basic questions about benefits, policies and procedures, and other HR matters
Copying, filing, office organization, data entry, general correspondence
Assist applicants/HR Representatives with the new hire process to include all paperwork
Create employee personnel files
Production of monthly newsletter
Assists in carrying out various HR programs
Assigned special projects as needed
Other general duties as assigned
Physical/Mental Requirements:
balancing, eye-hand coordination, finger dexterity, handling, wrist motion, sitting, reaching,
carrying, vision, hearing, stooping, and twisting
various tempos or work rapidly, concentrate, remember, attention to and observe details,
use of ten key and personal computer
Working Conditions:
Mostly indoors and generally climate-controlled environment
Will be exposed to noise, smoke, and odors
Working with others and independently
