Human Resources Compensation Analyst

Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital (NVRH) Human Resources Department is looking for an experienced Human Resources Analyst to join our team. Roles and Responsibilities:

Compensation and HR metrics analyst, conduct and participate in third party compensation surveys, and prepare reports to support decision-making and improve organizational culture while ensuring compliance with regulations. Provide comprehensive support in HR administration, including data compilation, compliance, documentation management, transactional and administrative duties including employee orientation, and assisting with and participating in organizational events. Assesses jobs and their duties to determine classification as exempt or nonexempt and appropriate salary range.

Conducts audits and maintains job classifications and descriptions to ensure that jobs are correctly classified as exempt or nonexempt in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act.
