Job Description:Build your HR career as we build our new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Kimball, TN. Our Human Resources Co-Op offers experience as an HR partner gaining exposure to areas such as; Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Talent Development, Employee Relations, and Performance Management.
Coordination of sensitive HR data including employee files, benefits administration, and pay/time records
Assist coordinating new hire/onboarding for new employees
Assist in the sourcing, screening, and setup of candidates for various production and salaried roles
Act as an HR point of contact for employees in routine inquiries and provide support to plant supervisory team and plant management
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and assist HR department and management in maintaining positive employee relations
Prepare HR data and metrics for weekly HR reporting
Provide other assistance as needed in HR department
Currently pursuing or have obtained an undergraduate degree in: human resources, management, business administration, psychology, or other related field of study
Relevant work experience
Former HR or administrative experience is a plus
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Team player with excellent written and communication skills
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Office suite
Ability to work independently and adapt to change quickly
Effectively problem-solve and deliver high quality results
Organizational skills and special attention to detail
