Recruitment Number 24-070JCK, Human Resources Clerk V, SR-13*, Honolulu, O`ahu.
Summary of Duties
Independently performs substantive human resources clerical work that includes a significant proportion of those of a novel and/or unusually complicated nature which presents many possible alternative course of action and requires use of considerable judgment; and/or performs limited technical assistance work; and performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Generalized Experience: One (1) year of progressively responsible general office clerical experience.
Specialized Experience: Three (3) years ofexperience in an office where the work required the knowledge and application of pertinent human resources rules, regulations, procedures and program requirements.

Substitutions of Education for Experience:
1.Successful completion of a clerical curriculum at an accredited business or technical school may be substituted for the General Experienceon a month-for-month basis up to a maximum of one (1) year.
2.Successful completion of an academic year in an accredited college or university above the high school level may be substituted for one (1) year of the General Experience.
3.Graduation from an accredited college or university may be substituted for one (1) year of General Experienceand two (2) years of Specialized Experience.
