Job Purpose:

The Human Resources Business Process Analyst is a key role in the

Human Resources (HR)organization responsible for providing process and operations leadership, optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of theHR Shared Servicesorganizations internal operations, and determining the optimal method to deliver global process and operations standards to theHR services. A primary goal of the incumbent in this role is to, partner with the Global Process team andHR Functional Teams, to develop and bring problem solving skills, process management capabilities and innovating thinking that aligns with the Mars Five Principles and signature culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and embed the globalHR standard process and service delivery operations to its full extent within theHR Shared Servicesorganization

  • Manage a pipeline of continuous improvement projects driving prioritization based on customer impact inclusive of a full process management review current state analysis, stakeholder analysis, review of current policies if applicable to build a sustainable recommendation to improve theHR processes

  • Provide leadership in in driving change management initiatives, reporting, information flows, business processes, and organizational planning

  • ManageHR Shared Servicesand broaderHR Vendor relationships inclusive of sourcing, collaboration and improvement within the vendor relationships for all regional vendors and manage performance of global vendors supportingHR hub

  • Provide subject matter expertise aroundHR global standard processes as well as Regional/Local Processes and tools to drive an improved customer experience

  • Ensure process & operations documentation and training is nurtured, sustained and renewed withinthe HRorganization collaborating with the Content Team; responsible for delivering process and systems (change management, etc.) training to teams if process change

  • Identify opportunities to drive new value, share the emerging needs of the Service & Operations team with the global process team and participate in continuous improvement projects

  • Manage the implementation of continuous improvement projects partnering with stakeholders across the organization within and outside of HR.

Operational Execution

  • Ensure that the overallHR Shared Servicesorganization is customer centric by implementing global process standards and enhancements to facilitate effective and efficientHR operations

  • Lead continuous improvement efforts and evolve service quality, efficiency and effectiveness through partnership with theHR Functional Teams

  • Collaborate closely with the Service and Operations Management Lead in the development and implementation ofHR vendor strategies includingHR vendor sourcing, selection and building collaborative vendor relationships.

  • Manage the development and maintenance of continuous improvement (CI) dashboards to assess performance of theHR organization and identify opportunities for process improvements

  • Work closely with the Service and Operations Management Lead in developing business continuity plans and procedures for theHR organization in partnership with the Service Excellence manager

  • Advocate for and participate in continuous improvement efforts to assist in defining additional process enhancement requirements

  • Partner closely with the Global Process team to ensure adoption of changes (process and technology) and sharing of needs and ideas

Job Specifications/Qualifications:

Education:

Minimum qualification: University degree or equivalent, preferably in HR, Management System

Experience:

  • 5-8 years of work experience, preferably in HR within a shared services model.

  • Strong process improvement experience preferably within HR processes and practices

  • Familiarwith HR processes and practices

  • Strong process documentation and mapping skills and problem solving skills

  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and project management (Lean, Six Sigma, PMP preferred)

  • Ability to establish collaborative relationships in global matrixed environment

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, change management capabilities

  • Ability to identify, design and implement business process improvements

  • Flexibility to deal with changing business requirements or priorities

As Assistant Director of Human Resources with Conrad Chicago, you would be responsible for assisting the Director in the direction and administration of the Human Resources function in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
