The Role:

As a Human Resources Business Partner for our Regional Manufacturing Solutions team you will lead and support the talent and organizational performance needs of the Plexus Leadership Team (PLT) and/or other key leaders in the organization (including Regional Leaders and business unit leaders reporting directly to PLT members). In this role you will serve as a member of the business unit leadership team to help develop and implement strategies regarding talent acquisition, talent development, talent management and employee engagement to ensure alignment to business needs. To accomplish these goals, the HRBP maintains an effective level of business acumen relating to the business unit's financial position and planning, its midrange and long term plans, its culture and its competitive landscape. As a Human Resources Business Partner you will serve as a leadership coach within their business unit. The position may include global human resources responsibility.

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Communication & Change Management: Ensure effective communication and change management strategies are executed for applicable organizational talent programs, human resource policies, talent-related or human resource initiatives or compliance activities.

  • Organizational Design: Understand, assess, and develop solutions to optimize organizational structure and responsibilities.

  • Talent Solutions: Create and implement structures, processes and solutions which support HR enduring pillars: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development and Employee Engagement.

  • Performance Management: Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to People Leaders (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)

  • Succession Health: Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.

  • Executive Talent Development: Identifies training and leadership education needs for business units and provides individual executive coaching needs.

Here's what we are looking for:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required
  • 5 years of related HR experience is required.
  • HR Certification is preferred.
