The HR Business Partner will be responsible for HR policies, employee relations, labor and employment law, and performance management on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) skills Experience in managing employee relations Knowledge of labor and employment law Performance Management expertise Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field Bilingual English/ Spanish
