JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Skills

  • Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline

  • 6+ years' experience in HR

  • Expertise in HR policies and procedures

  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance

  • Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations

  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion

  • Familiarity with MS Office suite

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience working in a multi-national environment

  • Broad knowledge of other HR functions and proven ability to integrate and collaborate within those functions

  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.

  • Work authorization: This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Implement Employee engagement activities for assigned Business Units.

  • Implement and administer employee policies

  • Conducts regular meetings with respective business units.

  • Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.

  • Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.

  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.

  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).

  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.

  • Perform day-to-day HR functions (on boarding of new & transferred employee, updating the HRMS, etc.).

  • Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience

  • Identify ways to improve policies and procedures

  • Counsel to managers on HR matters

  • Create reports to generate and analyze metrics
