HR Business Partner (HRBP)
We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to build and deliver talent strategies in partnership with a member/s of the global Executive Committee and their leadership team.
A less experienced HRBP will also be aligned to the same client group and will partner with the successful candidate to deliver talent strategies and an excellent HR experience. There is no line management required, but hands-on mentoring and coaching to the less-experienced HRBP would be an essential component to the role.
The role reports into the Global Head of HR & Talent, who is based in London.

Role and Responsibilities
Partner with the business to translate business goals and priorities into actionable HR activities that over-deliver on results
Provide HR advice, consulting and expertise on all key talent decisions
Act as the central interface for delivery of all HR services in assigned client groups. Manage and track quality of service delivery, including regular client feedback
Support the business with organizational change and development, influencing leaders to address complex organizational design issues where required for business success
Design and manage an annual Talent Agenda for assigned client groups, aligned with the Calypso-wide Talent cycles and processes
High potential assessment, succession planning and development of the next generation of leaders, managers and individual contributors
Drive high employee performance & engagement across client groups
Enable career growth & opportunities for employees
Maintain the desired Calypso culture through aligned talent practices and approaches
Integrate diversity & inclusion into day to day practices
Define and execute the development needs of assigned businesses
Provide expert counsel and coaching to support business leaders in their roles and with their own development
Develop high-performing partnerships with the broader HR Business Partner team, HR Regional Partners, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and other critical partners outside of HR (e.g. Finance, Legal)
Partner with Total Rewards team on the execution of the annual compensation cycle
Work with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure delivery of effective hiring and resourcing plans, attracting the most talented, skilled and diverse workforce
Manage Employee Relations cases
Support less-experienced HRBP with ongoing mentoring, coaching, feedback and professional development
Own delivery of Calypso-wide talent projects and initiatives
Extensive experience in an HR Business Partner role across multiple, global locations, preferably, but not essential, at a financial technology, large technology or technology business within financial services organization
Demonstrated expertise and experience serving in a consultative capacity to senior business leaders, shaping organizational strategy, goals and alignment
Proven ability to build and sustain high performing partnerships, both locally and globally, working across cultures
Familiar with HR reporting with experience analyzing and presenting findings and reports back to the business as well as tracking and disseminating key HR data.
Experience managing a variety of employee relations issues across geographies
Strong client relationship management and consulting capabilities
Highly effective influencing skills
Capable of rapidly building strong, effective and trusted relationships and networks
Ability to inspire trust and openness amongst colleagues and clients
Strong communication skills, ability to influence and articulate a variety of issues to different audiences, tailoring messages accordingly
Comfortable 'owning' the details and driving execution as well as mapping out broader talent strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to organize and analyze data
Comfortable working occasionally in ambiguous circumstances to forge new ideas and approaches
