Job Description Are you a seasoned and strategic HR professional with a proven track record in driving organizational success through effective people strategies?

Join Biomerics as an HR Business Partner, where you'll play a critical role in shaping our workforce and culture. As a key member of the leadership team, you will provide strategic HR leadership and guidance, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. Roles and Responsibilities Include Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, providing guidance on HR matters aligned with business objectives.

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's goals and promote a high-performance culture. Lead the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits. Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop effective recruitment and retention strategies.

Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire. Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Measure employee engagement and satisfaction through regular surveys and feedback mechanisms.

Provide coaching and support to managers on people management best practices, including performance coaching, conflict resolution, and talent development. Track progress through performance metrics such as turnover rates and employee retention. Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with company values and objectives.

Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives through employee feedback and performance metrics. Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace. Track diversity metrics and benchmark against industry standards.

Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to inform decision-making. Metrics may include turnover rates, absenteeism, training participation, and HR process efficiency. Stay abreast of HR trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance HR processes and policies.

Measure the impact of process improvements through metrics such as time saved and cost reductions. Mentor and develop HR team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Track the professional development of team members through training participation and skills development metrics.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's Degree preferred. Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR business partner or similar role.

Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Demonstrated experience in leading HR initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable HR strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
