OfficeTeam is currently hiring for a Human Resource Coordinator for an established medical company in Santa Barbara. This position will be responsible for full recruiting tasks including recruiting for clinical, clerical and management staff.
This will entail going through all of the steps of recruiting from job posting, to interviewing, to extending offers. Similarly, this position will require someone who is comfortable with leading trainings and conducting new hire onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, several years of experience with recruiting, and a bachelors degree.
Medical experience is a plus! Responsibilities include: ? Assist with planning new employee orientation meetings ? Create job postings to bring in potential new candidates ? Conduct interviews and assist with the onboarding process ? Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners
