The Human Resources Department is looking for a driven, self-motivated individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process to fill open non-exempt positions and perform administrative and general office duties relating to employee engagement and services & personnel transactions.

Responsibities & Job Duties:

  • Post open positions on company website

  • Source and screens applications and resumes for employment consideration

  • Schedules and conducts interviews

  • Initiate background and pre-employment drug-screening processes

  • Maintains applicant flow processes

  • Perform data entry relating to onboarding, transfers, upgrades, downgrades & terminations

  • Assembles and compile basic data for presentations and new employee orientations

  • Assist with new hire & benefit orientations

  • Assists in the maintenance of records management regarding compliance and retention issues

  • Performs clerical duties such as answering phones, opening, and sorting mail, faxing, copying and maintaining files

Essential Abilities or Functions:

  • Proficient PC skills to include Word & Excel at an intermediate level. Assessment testing is part of the consideration process

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills

  • Ability to pay attention to detail is essential

  • Proficient oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines

  • Able to exercise discretion with confidential information

  • Thorough understanding of federal, state & local employment laws

  • Provide quality Customer Service to internal personnel, applicants, clients, customers, and other professionals

  • Prior Human Resource or Office Administration experience preferred

  • Previous recruiting experienced preferred

  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors/Peoplenet and UKG (formally UltiPro) preferred but not required

  • Minimum 2-year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Working hours: Monday

  • Friday 8:00 am

  • 4:30 pm. Must be flexible as needed to accommodate department and organizational needs.
