This is a temporary position from approximately May 26,2024-August 30,2024 Position Summary:# Supports a wide variety of functions within the Human Resources department including employment, benefits, employee health, regulatory compliance, and customer service. Position Performance Area/Expectations: Employment New-Hire Processing # Communication Onboarding Regulatory Compliance Manage badge processing for new-hires and all others as needed Position Manager Administrator in support of the recruitment team IHA Form A and Form B Turnover Statistics # Quarterly Submission Run monthly RN license verification report through IDFPR Benefits Communication Benefits Onboarding Team Support HR Associate # Front Desk back-up HRIS HR Process Improvement HR Policy and Procedure Administrator Employee Health Participate in committees as assigned Position Requirements: Bachelor#s degree preferred.# Previous Human Resources experience preferred; Healthcare experience preferred. Proficiency in Windows based computer systems; Experience with Microsoft Office preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently, multi-task and coordinate projects
