We seek a Human Resources Associate

  • Performance Management to join our Global Human Resources team, based in North America. This role will support the global semi-annual performance review cycle and work collaboratively with a highly-motivated team within a fast-paced company.

    The primary responsibilities include: Responsibilities:
    Learn the intricacies of the performance cycle from both an administrator and user perspective in order to support the performance team in running the bi-annual process Respond to ZSer inquiries regarding the Performance and Feedback platforms and troubleshoot related administrative issues Coordinate with various ZS teams and stakeholders to update training materials, schedule the review process and related initiatives, and draft necessary communications Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues with content and requests and ensure the performance platform is ready for each cycle Conduct analyses of performance data to support key stakeholders and initiatives around high and low performers, hiring profiles, feedback frequency, and potential pain points Qualifications:
    BA/BS in related field required plus 1-3 years of experience in human resources Professional services experience a plus Experience with Microsoft Office tools; strong Excel and Power Point skills Project and task management capabilities Advanced interpersonal skills; very strong written communication skills a must Action and results orientation, comfort with fast pace and rapid change Flexibility to work across time zones, cultures and levels of the organization Self-directed and motivated; excellent sense of humor ZS is a global consulting firm.

This role will involve building teams to help ZS deliver on project engagements efficiently and effectively and supporting the senior staffers by ensuring effective system management and reporting that reflect accurate capacity and skills of our consulting staff. Responsibilities: To understand the demand, current and pipeline: Assess team options and make staffing assignments. Communicate appropriately; Proactively understand the pipeline of work with current and potential clients; Communicate regularly with appropriate leaders on capacity and staff situation; Work with the staffing leads and recruiting leads to identify and monitor capacity. To understand and record the following information for the consulting staff in the office: Current and future staffing levels as they evolve over the project duration, and staffing constraints, if any; Developmental goals and expertise areas.
