Job Summary
Under general supervision, provides operational and administrative support to the staff and employees.
Job Responsibilities
Reviews and verifies incoming and outgoing documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established policies and procedures.
Maintain the data entry and reporting needs of the ISO Training database.
Prepares documents and composes routine correspondence, as required, on specific policy and procedural issues.
Gathers information, conducts basic data analysis, and assists in the development of reports.
Performs specific research/investigation into operational issues, as requested.
Provides assistance and coordination in the development, and maintenance of specialized human resources databases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
Coordinate and/or plans scheduling of appointments, mediations, department presentations, training, and related functions.
Maintains staff calendars, prepares reports and/or minutes, composes correspondence, and coordinates the processing of purchase requisitions, check requests, uniform ordering and distribution, and related documents.
Handle phone communications for the department
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field required
Two years of experience in a human resources generalist field
Reliability in checking own work to ensure accuracy
Ability to handle a multi-tasking working environment
