Hartgrove Hospital is a 160-bed leading psychiatric hospital dedicated to providing quality behavioral health services for its diverse population of children, adolescents and adults. Through its 40+ years, Hartgrove Hospital has become the flagship behavioral health facility within Universal Health Services, Inc., its parent company and the Chicago market.

Office Assistant (Temporary, Full-time Assignment between 4 to 6 weeks)

We have an exciting opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, organized, able to multi-task, and can work in a fast pace environment. The individual will work in the Human Resources Department to ensure that we are joint commissioned ready; which encompasses filing, boxing confidential documents, and ensuring that we are in compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma, or Associates Degree in General Studies. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred.

  • Human Resources experience preferred.

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines.

Other requirements:

  • Must be able to stand on feet for long periods.

  • Must be able to lift more than 5 lbs.

  • Must be able to bend and kneel.
