Hours: Monday-Thursday, 7 am-4:30 pm, and Friday, 7 am - 11 am

Pay: $14/hr

As the Human Resources Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR department. We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in HR who embodies professionalism, integrity, and an acute attention to detail necessary for meeting crucial deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including assistance with payroll functions when required.

• Maintained employee files, managed performance and discipline records, and oversaw benefits administration.

• Manage timekeeping activities, track hourly time and absences, and ensure confidentiality in personnel matters.

• Handle phone inquiries, generate reports, schedule meetings, and assist with meeting notes and HR-related tasks.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in payroll principles, methods, and practices.

• Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.

• Strong multitasking skills with solid problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
