Human Resources Assistant

Work collaboratively with business unit staff in resolving human resource matters, administering HR programs, and providing human resources counsel and advice.


  • Answering employee questions

  • Processing incoming mail

  • Creating and distributing documents

  • Providing customer service to organization employees

  • Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators

  • Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data

  • Setting appointments and arranging meetings

  • Maintaining calendars of HR management team

  • Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Individuals should be able to spark new ideas, be stimulated by obstacles and challenges, have a solid understanding of the obligations of the business enterprise to its employees, owners, communities and customers. Successful candidates must have demonstrated versatility, imagination, thoroughness, accuracy.


  • 2+ years of human resources experience

  • Microsoft office experience(Intermediate skill set)

  • Benefits experience

  • Calendar management

  • High School Diploma or GED required
