Description

Under close supervision, performs routine duties assisting in the provision of human resources programs and services for management, employees, volunteers, applicants and the general public.

• Responsible for the administration of, and assists employees in completing insurance, unemployment, workers' compensation and other personnel forms.

• Maintain records on sick leave, vacation, and other absences.

• Handle or refer personnel related inquiries and checks references.

• Assist in compiling human resource related statistics for management.

• May handle paper flow for periodic reviews.

• Assist in maintaining employee files.

• Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• One (1) year of clerical experience in administrative, office support or human resource work.

• Solid computer skills in office word processing, email, spreadsheet and presentation applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED

The estimated pay range for this role is currently $20.00 - $27.00/hour. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors.
