Are you a talented Human Resources Assistant with 1 or more years of experience ready for a long-term temporary to full time opportunity? If so, we are working with an organization ready to add to their team!

Prepare and maintain employee handbook; managing employee relations. ? Administering various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel. ? Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, and communicate benefit information to employees. ? Conduct all recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students, and temporary employees. ? Conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career pathing program. ? Responsible to post positions to career websites, screens resumes over the phone, and conduct in-person interviews. ? Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures. ? Solve customer service questions/concerns related to STD, LTD, FMLA and Workers Compensation. ? Participate in developing departmental goals, objectives, and systems. ? Administer compensation programs; monitors performance evaluation programs and revises as necessary.

Requirements
Success factors include:1 or more years of Human Resources experience. ? Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously within a fast paced environment. ? Responsible to improve HR systems as company grows. ? Maintains confidentiality in accordance with Confidentiality Agreement. ?
