Director of Human Resources What We Do Integer Technologies is an applied research and product development company founded by scientists and engineers with a passion for technology and national security. We perform R&D on next-generation systems and technologies for the Department of Defense and other U.S. Government agencies.
We are hardware and software developers with experience turning research into impactful products for military and commercial applications. Our core portfolio of research includes projects in power & energy systems, unmanned systems (with an emphasis on maritime systems), digital engineering, and advanced manufacturing. Our mission is to create a safer world by translating scientific discoveries into reliable products that address urgent national security needs at the speed of relevance. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.
The HR Assistant will support day-to-day HR functions, assist with administrative tasks, and provide a welcoming experience for employees and candidates. This role is perfect for someone who is pursuing a Business Admin degree and is looking to develop their HR skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support : Manage HR records, maintain employee files, and ensure all documentation is current and accurate. Recruitment Assistance : Post job openings, send prescreens, and assist with scheduling interviews. Assist with onboarding processes for new hires.
Data Entry and Reporting : Input HR data accurately into our systems and assist with generating reports as needed. General Support : Assist with other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or an associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience : Previous administrative or HR support experience is preferred but not required (Training is provided). Skills : Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Working Hours: This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 20-30 hours per week. Flexibility in scheduling is available.
