Examples of Duties Performed:
Performs various tasks associated with the organization's human resources programs including but not limited to generating correspondence, charts, tables, graphs etc.
Assists with HR training and orientation preparation.
Manages internal and external job postings and staffing metrics.
Assists with reference checks, background checks, licensure/registration verification, etc.
Responsible for monthly compliance reports and follow up.
Performs HRIS data entry.
Responsible for personnel file maintenance and audits.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent, 1 year of human resources experience AND 2 years of clerical/business office experience OR a business administration degree from an accredited school/college.
Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
Keen attention to detail.
Experience with operating human resource information systems and software
programs a plus.
