Position Summary

As a Human Resources Assistant, you'll help Epic continue to hire top-notch candidates, support our benefits program, and assist with orientation and onboarding. You'll work with recruiters to guide candidates through the application and interview process, personalizing the experience of each applicant. You'll work with many talented professionals and be given a high level of responsibility from the start so we are looking for individuals who are organized, friendly, and able to successfully multi-task.

Requirements

• A history of professional and academic success

• Ability to juggle tasks and take initiative in a fast-paced environment

• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's campus in Verona, WI

• COVID-19 vaccination
