Our team is looking for an Human Resources Assistant at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center and Barrow Neurological in downtown Phoenix.

As part of Human Resources, you will be responsible for supporting member of the HR team and assisting in the support of our staff of over 5,000 employees. This vital role will assist with HR compliance and other important initiatives, including staff licensure and certification, tracking and updating work authorization, helping to facilitate the ADA reasonable accommodation process, employee service awards and more.
We are seeking a team member with strong critical thinking skills, solid EXCEL proficiency, great teaming and communication skills, who has a desire to help others and the organization be even more successful .
Minimum:At least 3 years of hospital clerical or administrative experience, Human Resource Generalist background/experienceHigh School graduate or equivalent work experience
Efficient, professional, self motivated; ability to give superior customer service
Ability to hold in confidence sensitive and confidential matters Interpersonal skills necessary to interact with all levels of staff, other departments, and the public in a pleasant, helpful and cooperative manner Preferred:Additional business related coursework or a 2 year Associate degree
