DecisionHR which is one of BFCs business solutions as a PEO (Professional Employer Organization). DecisionHR provides administrative services to our clients such as payroll, workers compensation, benefits, and HR consulting. The Human Resource Assistant is a hands-on representative whose job is to help facilitate human resources administrative for DHR clients and/or employees.
Represents DHR as a liaison with internal operations and human resource staff regarding employment activity (i.e., compliance, new hires, terminations, payroll, etc.).
Handles confidential information and explains procedures when deemed necessary.
Complete E-Verify and issue compliance documentation.
Administer clients leave of absences (LOA) in accordance to Federal, State and Company compliance for their employees.
Support team with unemployment vendor and client on following up on unemployment claims and documentation follow-ups.
Provide administrative support and back-up as needed with administering and managing court order issued documents, EPLI claims and follow-ups.
Supports HR Team with administrative tasks and/or performs other duties as assigned.
Assist HR Manager with various projects and/or special projects.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position on-site working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday 8am 5pm.
Required Education and Experience
At least one year administrative and/or Human Resources, preferred. Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, and to establish a good, cooperative relationship with clients.
