Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Management, or a related field

• At least two (2) years' experience in a human resources position as generalist or specialist

• Excellent analytical skills; knowledge of current technology systems including HCMs, time and attendance systems and applicant tracking systems

• Must have exceptional oral communication and writing skills

• Ability to work effectively on simultaneous project; possess excellent time management skills

• PHR certification preferred

Pay: $21 - $25 per hour. Pay rate offered will be based on applicable and relevant skills and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for HR functions including payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding and employee relations.

• Process and manage HR functions within HRIS and ATS systems, Coordinate virtual training.

• Act as back-up to Payroll Manager: verify sheets, resolve time and attendance issues, calculate commissions, and provide routine training to field managers.

• Assist Benefits administration with open-enrollment process, answer general inquiries, process ACA compliance reports.

• Process and manage unemployment claims including tracking charges and representing the firm as needed.

• Interpret policies and procedures and provide general counsel to field managers on routine basis.

• May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed.
