POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
The Human Resources Analyst researches, analyzes, designs, and maintains systems in support of Human Resources administration that are essential to the operations of University Health. Is responsible for report writing, data analysis, researching and resolving complex compensation issues, and ensuring data integrity.
Assists in the completion of compensation projects and resolves compensation related issues promptly. Assists in the maintenance of job descriptions. Supports with upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
Monitors Human Resources data information needs and designs new or modifies existing systems to meet the internal and external requirements. Is responsible for continuous communication with all University Health management and reports daily to the Executive Director of Human Resources. Participates in other Human Resources projects, events, and activities as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor's degree in business administration is preferred.
Two years of Human Resources experience is required. PeopleSoft experience is preferred. Strong understanding of Human Resources processes, HRIS database design, structure, functions, and experience with database tools.
Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects is required.
