SUBMIT RESUME TO:
The Human Resources Analyst is responsible for performing HRIS and benefits related duties on a professional level and works closely with the HR team in supporting all companies.
Serves as a technical point of contact and subject matter expert of the HRIS platform (ADP Workforce). This includes HR reporting and auditing employee data, employee self-service and online benefits enrollment.
Provides excellent internal customer service for employee benefits requests, questions and concerns in a timely manner.
Maintains department intranet webpage and online MS SharePoint forms.
Assists with benefits administration and FMLA/leave requests.
Prepares internal compensation analysis, assists HR Management with external compensation analysis.
Manages the exit interview program for personnel by analyzing data and reporting trends to HR Management for corrective action and continuous improvement.
Assists with the continuous improvement and development of HR processes, procedures or programs to deliver innovative solutions to meet business needs.
Protects the integrity of Human Resources Department by maintaining strict confidentiality.
Assists HR Management with various research projects and/or specific department projects.
Other duties as assigned.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of HRIS (ADP Workforce preferred), word processing, and spreadsheet software.
Solid knowledge of general human resource functions and procedures.
Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
Skill in talking with employees and managers regarding confidential situations and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Communicates clearly and effectively with associates at all levels, board members, external partners and customers. Strong verbal and written presentation skills including the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way and to tailor key messages and presentation style to multiple audiences.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others.
Working knowledge of current employment practices and law, Workers' compensation, ADA, FLSA, FMLA, EEOC.
Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid Colorado driver's license and meet company vehicle driving standards.
Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience.
Two to three years of experience in a variety of human resource functions to include benefits administration, worker's compensation, employee relations, legal compliance, employment law, staffing, record-keeping, compensation, etc.
General office equipment including copier, fax, phone, computer/keyboard, etc.
