The Opportunity

Lattice Semiconductor is looking for a Human Resources analyst to join a dynamic HR team in Santa Clara, CA. The ideal candidate has a strong background in HR Generalist work, benefits administration, consulting, and has strong project management skills and a keen eye for detail, and can work well both independently and as part of a high-functioning team.

Reports to the Senior Director of Total Rewards

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead and support HR functional projects (i.e. talent acquisition, total rewards, talent development, etc.) to support global HR teamwork and continuous improvement.

  • Assist the design, rollout and administration of all benefit plans in the region

  • Participate in benefits surveys and benchmarking, stay current with proposed legislation, track and identify trends to inform program design and changes

  • Ensure effective talent management including recruitment, assessment, and development

  • Provide input into effective strategies for recruiting key talent

  • Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to maximize plan performance and employee experience, as well as continually improve processes

  • Counsel and/or coach employees and managers regarding employee relations issues including performance management, facilitation of formal/informal investigations, and any resulting disciplinary actions

  • Act as a change agent and lead change management initiatives within the organization.

  • Translate strategic and tactical business plans into critical HR actions, programs, and initiatives.

  • Evaluate and advise managers on programs or strategies that impact the attraction, motivation, development and retention.

  • Assist employees with escalated questions regarding benefits

  • Assist with the design and distribution of materials for benefits orientations, open enrollment and summary plan descriptions

  • Document and maintain administrative procedures for benefit processes including ensuring compliance with applicable government regulations and timeliness as well as accuracy of required reporting

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Selection Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field is required.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in various aspects of human resources (staffing, compensation, employee relations and organizational development) preferred

  • Knowledge and understanding of US labor and employment law and business partnering experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface with all levels of the organization including employee relations, coaching, communications and presentations, et cetera.

  • Project management, analysis, problem solving, decision making, negotiating and influencing skills.

  • Ability to work within a diverse and cross-functional team.

  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work independently, multi-task, and follow up on projects and issues.

  • Effectively secures and leverage resources to drive execution through both formal and informal channels.
