What you will do:
The HR Analyst maintains HRIS systems and ensures data integrity. They collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to troubleshoot system issues and analyze workforce data to provide actionable insights for strategic initiatives.
Data Analytics, Reporting, and Audits
Collects, develops, and compiles HR metrics and data from various sources, including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, etc.
Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with workforce statistics and compliance with employment laws and regulations and discusses recommendations with the supervisor.
Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to the senior HR Team.
Research, analyze, and audit data to ensure integrity between HR systems.
Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
HR Operations and HR Systems Support
Supports operational processes' design, deployment, and administration to deliver HR programs and projects.
Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives.
Implements scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, etc.
Collaborate with the HR Team to assess, improve, and implement HR processes and systems.
Lead or contribute to HRIS-related projects like system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements. This includes testing, documentation, and training.
Performs employee data management and analyzes processes to ensure data is secure and consistent with company policies and privacy regulations.
Manage and maintain the HRIS systems, including system configuration, data integrity, functional testing for patches, upgrades, troubleshooting, and user support.
Collaborate with IT, HR Team, and vendors to integrate HRIS with other systems and troubleshoot issues.
Support and train HR staff on HRIS functionality to ensure proper utilization of the system's capabilities.
Answers questions and ensures issues are resolved on time.
Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.

Experience and abilities you will need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent training
Prior HRIS administration or user experiences. SAP/SuccessFactors & Dayforce HCM knowledge prefer
Experience in process improvement and system implementation projects.
Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail are necessary.
Advanced in Excel and Microsoft Office
Creative analytical and problem-solving ability
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to deliver insightful and meaningful observations
Ability to deal with ambiguity, learning on the go with no formal training structure
