The City of Greenwood Village welcomes your application for the position of Human Resources Analyst. This dynamic customer service oriented position maximizes the organization's investment in human capital through providing talent management services to enable the achievement of the Village's outcomes.
This is a human resource generalist position that performs advanced-level work in human resource administration including recruitment testing and selection, position classification and compensation, benefits administration, employee relations, and other human resources functions. The employee will work closely with Village management to ensure that human resources activities are in alignment with organization goals. The employee also provides assistance to Village employees related to salary, benefits and employee relations; to external customers related to employment; and to outside vendors related to activities performed by the Human Resources division. Communication with supervisors, managers and employees is a constant part of each day.
The knowledge and skills needed to be successful in this position are typically gained through the attainment of a Bachelor's Degree with major course work in personnel administration, human resources management, or a related field and two years work experience in a responsible position in the field of Human Resources Management. Public sector experience desirable.
