GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Under direction of HR leadership, responsible for providing subject matter expertise and support in the administration of various Human Resources processes, including but not limited to employee health, workers compensation, leave administration, recruitment and staffing, benefits, personnel policies, and legal compliance.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Management or another related field or 3-5 years of equivalent experience.
Experience in leave and benefit administration, return to work and onboarding processes.
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, experience in multiple HRIS/ATS platforms.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Five years HR experience
PHR, SHRM-CP or CEBS certification.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
