The Human Resources Administrator will improve efficiency of the department by directly handling problems and making decisions without direction from Senior Managers. Primary contact on staffing matters from general managers, directors and department mangers. Ensure that all internal and external customers are served promptly and professionally. Ensure department's goals and commitments are addressed and followed through. Work independently on a variety of special projects.
Associate Degree required 5-7 year's office administration experience, human resource experience
Excellent PC Skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus 123, Dbase, PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree preferred
HR Administration Certification preferred
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
Exercise independent judgment with minimal supervision
