Summary: This important role on the Human Resources Team is responsible for the administration related to the various HR Information systems ranging from HR databases, applicant tracking system, talent management system, and third-party vendor IT platforms.
Accountable to the legal compliance and maintenance of the Company's human capital processes and systems in partnership with the HR Leader. This role has a defined and progressive career path based on performance and ability to relocate.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for tasks related to the annual military and college recruitment plans for the business unit. Acts as a Company Ambassador at the recruitment events.
Ensures timely execution and administration of the pre-employment processes between the candidate and the Company.
Responsible for the personnel administration related to the job offer process and termination process. Conducts New Hire Orientation and training.
Administers and retains personnel records in compliance with company record retention requirements.
Responsible for the administration related to the various HR Information systems ranging from HR databases, applicant tracking system, and the Company's talent management system. The tasks may include compliance processes, management training, and cyclical process administration. Primary administrator and subject matter expert on third-party vendor HRIS platforms.
Interacts with various levels of management, vendors, and Associates. Assists in solving general problems for Associates at a local level.
Other responsibilities include the coordination of special projects, reports, and corporate social responsibility events. Other HR-related assignments and tasks are part of the job role, as directed.

Education and/or Experience: Associates degree and/or Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university preferred; two or more years related HR administration experience preferred and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents (such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals), write routine reports and correspondence, and to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Spanish bilingual abilities preferred, but not necessary.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Office Suite software (such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and etc.), and human resource information systems (such as Taleo and etc.) or the aptitude to learn.
Ability to travel periodically for training or company communication events.
