Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure employee compliance with all company policies and state/federal regulations.

• Maintain and Update employee records

• Update company policies and benefit packages

• Facilitate communication between management/employees

• Assist management with corrective action, conflict resolution and accidents

• Educate employees on company benefits and rewards
