Human Resources Administrator

In this role you are at the heart of human resources and the soul that keeps the team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your leader and HR Leadership team members. You help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Microsoft Office tools. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects, are a PowerPoint wizard, a calendar managing maven, and handle travel and expense reports like a pro. You're practically a Superhero! In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions. Working behind the scenes, you will make a significant impact on the people you support and the success of the HR department.

You will demonstrate success by:
Prepare, review and organize ER20 and other compensation-related documents
Collect and aggregate data from dispersed and disparate resources for ad-hoc and period reporting
Prepare PowerPoint presentations for the sector VPHR and select sector HR staff
Creating, updating and maintaining organization charts
Organize and coordinate regular conference calls, HR meetings and other events to include preparing and distributing agendas, taking and distributing meeting notes
Researching and preparing summaries on select HR topics and initiatives
Taking initiative to develop, implement, improve and standardize processes and procedures with little or no guidance
Coordinating multiple, rapidly evolving simultaneous priorities and projects while ensuring effective communication with multiple stakeholders and organizational levels
Assisting the sector VPHR with a broad range of administrative and tactical duties
Utilizing Excel to input and manipulate data, build models and create charts

Bachelor's degree in Business or HR management is strongly preferred
3 years of experience in administrative support, especially in an HR function or department
Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel
Ability to thrive in a fluid environment with acute attention to detail
Ability to adhere to an expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions
Effective organizational skills and a proven ability to handle multiple priorities
Previous experience with SuccessFactors and Taleo is a plus
